About Us

From Little India, Leslieville, Riverside, Riverdale, to GreekTown and East York, Toronto-Danforth is a diverse riding with so much to offer its residents. As a group of enthusiastic members of the community, the Toronto-Danforth Provincial Liberal Association (TDPLA) is committed to planning events, supporting local initiatives and participating in grassroots activities that promote Liberal principles and values in our riding.

We provide a voice for our riding by continuously communicating community concerns to the Ontario Liberal Party through mechanisms such as policy resolutions and constitutional amendments. We are always open to hearing about the issues that matter to the residents of our riding, and welcome all ideas to make this riding a better place to work, live, play and grow.

Most importantly, we work towards electing a Liberal MPP for our riding through activities like community event planning, canvassing and fundraising. We are always looking for new members to the party as well as the TDPLA executive. We welcome new volunteers to support our ongoing initiatives and funds for the campaign.

If you have any questions or would like to get involved, please contact our President, Karen Somerville at munn.somerville@gmail.com or 416-463-3834.
